How to Read These Outcomes

This data shows retention and graduation outcomes for student cohorts admitted since 2021. Because the same groups of students are tracked over time, retention and completion rates naturally decline as students progress through their programs.

Why These Rates Look Different

Most SANS.edu students enter with prior college credit and are working professionals or continuing learners. As a result, traditional IPEDS graduation rates for first-time, full-time students do not accurately reflect our population.

What Completion Looks Like at SANS.edu

We report retention and graduation rates based on recent cohorts of admitted students, most of whom complete their programs within approximately two years.

How We Compare Nationally

Across all programs, our completion outcomes exceed the national six-year college graduation rate of 61.1%, reflecting our focus on accessible pathways, strong academic support, and student success.
