Earn College Credit for Your CLEP Exams

Through the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP), you can earn college credit for what you already know, and apply those credits directly toward the transfer credit requirements for the SANS.edu cybersecurity bachelor's degree or undergraduate certificate programs.

CLEP exams are administered by the College Board and recognized by colleges and universities nationwide. If you've mastered a subject through prior study, work experience, or independent learning, a passing CLEP score can help you save time and money.

How to Earn CLEP Credits

You can take CLEP exams at approved testing centers or online through the College Board.

When requesting your official CLEP score report through the College Board, use the SANS Technology Institute’s recipient code: 9195.

Only official scores from CLEP can be evaluated for transfer credit by SANS.edu. Once you receive your score, have your official CLEP transcript emailed to the SANS Technology Institute at transcripts@sans.edu or mailed to this address:
